About project

This project sets itself the objective of working on a better valuation of Norman cow meat, in order to better meet the expectations of the Norman consumer, and to offer meat produced locally. Work on the beef qualities of the meat will be carried out in a concerted approach with all regional players. An enhancement of the quality of Norman meat through the construction of communication elements is also planned.
