About project

The project deals with food systems at the interface between short and long food supply chains which aim to be more sustainable and are known as "value-based food systems of the middle" or SYAM. The project aims to understand their economic, social as well as environmental performance and the conditions of their sustainability, in order to build with stakeholders a method as well as tools to support the sustainable development of such food systems.
