About project

The project aims to determine a typology of localised urban food systems in different settings in the West of France (Normandy, Brittany, Pays de la Loire) and also the region Rhône-Alpes (Lyon, Grenoble, Roanne). The project has to make propositions and recommendations about new localised food public policies. These recommendations will contribute to solve some problems caused by the production or distribution (mobilities, food desert, proximity agriculture,etc.) functions.
