Urban forms and food governance

The report presents the project, detailing the research questions, particularly focusing on food consumption in terms of volume and value, the organization of processing and distribution sectors, and domestic production in the Caen urban area. It also includes an initial approach to food governance and urban forms, as well as the last market gardening operation in Caen faced with conflicting zoning regulations.
