About project

The project aims to set up a soybean sector in the region of Normandy in a context of expanding global demand, a historical protein deficit, a strong agronomic, environmental and societal interest, issues regarding crop rotation diversity, securing yields and protein independence. The technical and economic interest will be measured within the farms. No technical and economic exists to date on soybean cultivation in Normandy. The objective of the project is to test the technical and economic benefits od several varieties in the region, in an approach to value chain supply development, particularly in dairy production.
