First Update of the Dissemination, Exploitation, and Communication Plan (D8.3)

This document delivers the first update to FOLOU’s DEC plan, building upon Deliverable 8.2 by evaluating dissemination, exploitation, and communication activities carried out in the first two years. It refines the strategy to address stakeholder needs and expectations, outlines internal and external communication guidelines, and defines the project’s visual identity. The update details channels such as the project website, social media platforms, and promotional materials, and establishes monitoring and evaluation processes to assess impact. It also sets the stage for the second update at M36, ensuring an adaptive approach that aligns with final project objectives.
