Cosmetic and functional food formulations using halophyte extracts from saline-grown plants, developed under the EU Horizon 2020 project Aquacombine (grant No 862834). Focus on scalable, low-carbon production of dairy-based products using natural, organic ingredients. Led by Bjarke Dam of Naturfarm Pharmacy A/S (Denmark), the project emphasizes minimal active ingredient use to assess halophyte extract efficacy.
