Las exigencias ambientales, económicas, sanitarias y sociales que penden sobre las explotaciones ganaderas les obligan a mejorar de forma continua su gestión. De hecho, lograr un sector competitivo que consiga requerimientos de la nueva Política Agrícola Común (PAC) para el periodo mediante la mejora de las explotaciones ganaderas en los ámbitos que constituyen el objetivo transversal que impregna la PAC: potenciar el conocimiento, la innovación y la digitalización.
