Practice abstract of GO IBERCHAIN
Fraud in the Iberian pig sector is high despite the traceability systems implemented by the producing companies. In this sense, the objective of the Project is to develop a solid and robust platform that ensures a complete traceability of the ham and the 100% Iberian pork shoulder through a Blockchain System that encompasses the main producers of 100% Iberian pork.
