Report of the cross-visit in FRANCE - Guadeloupe
From the 12th to the 19th of January 2016, 12 members of the consortium of Agrispin have participated in the cross-visit in Guadeloupe, French region in the Caribbean. During the visit, the participants analysed four agricultural innovation cases : RITA Guadeloupe: Network of Innovation and Transfer in Agriculture. Citrus Greening: Sustainibility consolidation of the horticultural sector and recovery of the production of citrus. Yam: Provision of disease resistant yam varieties in line with local consumer expectations. Apigua: Action of beekeeper’s association to increase the production and improve the marketing of a typical local quality honey.
