About project

The project aims to transfer to farmers the new techniques and technologies developed to transform the Spanish farming sector into the main European supplier of high quality, sustainable avocados with low Carbon Footprints. It will foster the adoption of the proper vegetal material, for the different edafo-climatologic situations, the increasing fruit production, the biological health control of plagues and viruses, the proper usage of water and fertilization, and transferring the current knowledge to the new avocado plantation areas (Valencia and Cádiz).
