About project

The project deals with the identification and molecular as well as phenotypic caracterisation of 2 cryptogamic diseaeses (monilinia & colletotrichum), the caracterisation of time sensivity and orchard contamination and the identification of risk factors of disease development. It will allow us to provide knowledge and tools to farmers, and to spread the innovations to manage these new diseases, thanks to adapted prophylaxy and evolutions at the orchard system scale (cultivars, density, irrigation...).
