Explore the potential of olive leaves to convert them into high value-added products. From biomass that is traditionally considered a by-product, the various bioactive compounds present in the leaves are used. Thanks to the development of six innovative value chains and a disruptive concept of a dynamic, cascade and intelligent biorefinery, more than 40 new products have been generated efficiently and sustainably.
