About project

This project is built on a partnership between breeders and grain farmers wishing to set up a collective forage dryer. 100 ha of alfalfa produced by cereal farmers would be concerned and bought by breeders through a contractual system. This project is based on a triple valorization of resources : alfalfa as a source of protein for breeders, manure as an organic amendment of soils and shredded wood from hedgerows.
