Detail description

Nearly 70 participants from 15 countries convened at La Bergerie de Villarceaux, France, in September 2022 for the Coach Project’s International Knowledge Exchange. The three-day event explored collaborative short food supply chains, with discussions on farmers’ roles, dynamic procurement, policy mentoring, storytelling, and project reflections. Attendees included farmers, brewers, bakers, food innovators, activists, and academics. A newsletter and video documenting key outcomes are available for reading and subscription, supporting wider dissemination of insights. The Coach Project fosters pan-European collaboration to strengthen short food supply chains.
