or
Detail description
The project develops biodegradable, gluten-free packaging and vessels from by-products of the soap and milling industries, using starches like wheat, potato, rice, and sorghum. Designed to replace plastic and paper in food service, the products decompose in soil within 30 days, are safe for coeliacs, and meet environmental and safety standards. Funded by the EU’s EFROW and national sources, the initiative runs from October 2023 to December 2024 in Podkarpackie, Poland, under the 'Naczynia z Mylna' group with partners including IHAR and EkoLogiczne Gospodarstwo.
