Final technical report on the project to improve and promote the Álava truffle, gehILUR Task Force

The innovation of this project lies in the development of novel truffle products using truffle parts of lower commercial value, the introduction of innovative cultivation techniques that boost productivity, and the identification of key factors for opening up new cultivation areas. The overall aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the Basque truffle sector whilst ensuring its sustainability.
