TAURO enhances the added value of fighting bull meat through eco-efficient, sustainable farming in rural Iberian regions. Supported by ASAJA, FEAGAS, UCTL, UCO, Vincii Hoteles, and Taurocom, the project promotes environmental, economic, and social sustainability. Funded with €440,317.28 under the 2020 call, it operated from June 2021 to March 2023 across Andalucía, Aragón, Castilla-La Mancha, Castilla y León, Madrid, Navarra, Valencia, Extremadura, and La Rioja.
