Developing bioactive packaging from fermented whey waste in goat cheese production, supported by a €598,659.77 grant under the 2020 EIP-AGRI call. Led by AIMPLAS, Biopolis, FEDACOVA, Quesería Dehesa Dos Hermanas, Royuela Cheese Company, and the University of Valencia, with collaboration from AINIA and Dcoop. Project ran from May 2021 to February 2023 in Andalusia and the Valencian Community.
