SENSOLIVE OIL project (2019–2021) enhances olive oil quality control through instrumental analysis, supporting the Test Panel method. Funded by Spain’s EIP-AGRI with €518,127.06, it involved OIP, CEIA3, Dcoop, Sovena, Deoleo, UGR, UCCO, MAPA, and regional authorities across Andalusia, Aragon, Catalonia, Madrid, and Extremadura.
