SENSOLIVE OIL enhances olive oil producer competitiveness through instrumental analysis, supporting the "Panel test" method with globalized management and networked collaboration. Funded by the European Innovation Partnership, the project (2019–2021) involved OIP, CEIA3, UGR, UCCO, and key agri-food institutions across Spain. Focused on quality control innovation in Andalusia, Aragon, Catalonia, Madrid, and Extremadura.
