SIGCA enhances competitiveness in the maritime pine forestry and industrial sectors through tools that optimize high-quality timber production. Funded with €538,000 under the 2018 call, the initiative spans Castilla y León, Galicia, the Basque Country, and the Principado de Asturias, operating from July 2018 to July 2020. Led by foundations, universities, and forestry organizations, it supports innovation in sustainable forest management.
