Improving the production and marketing of organic beef in the dehesa

Given the large number of cattle in organic production on the pastures of the Association of Organic Pastures (Adeheco), whose calves are ultimately sold as conventional produce, and since the cycle is not closed for their sale as organic, the aim is to close the cycle from the outset, that is to say, to ensure the rearing and fattening of the animals in an organic manner on the farms themselves, and to create an organic product of our own that can be marketed as such.
