Video by the APWaste task force: the degradation of agricultural plastics by insects and microorganisms

The AP-Waste project was launched to provide an environmental solution to the major problem of plastic waste; it is a task force investigating how to achieve maximum degradation of agricultural plastic using insects and microorganisms. In addition to studying the various types of plastic waste generated in the agricultural sector, this initiative is investigating the biodegradation of SIGFITO packaging, which would represent a major step forward in waste recovery, with economic benefits that would directly benefit the agricultural sector.
