Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication plan (D8.2)

Deliverable 8.2 presents a comprehensive plan for dissemination, exploitation and communication (DEC) within the FOLOU project. It establishes structured guidelines and tools to coordinate partners’ outreach and engagement activities, defines key messages, target groups and timelines, and sets up procedures to track impact. The DEC plan is a living document with scheduled updates at month 24 and 36 to adapt to stakeholders’ needs and to fine-tune measures based on performance. It covers internal communication protocols, visual identity assets, communication channels (website, social media, newsletters), and dissemination actions such as workshops, event participation and press campaigns.
