    Ficha Desarrollo de una nueva línea de yogures y smoothies con ingredientes naturales, fruta y miel

    El proyecto, titulado «Desarrollo de una nueva línea de yogures y smoothies con ingredientes naturales, fruta y miel», se basa en el diseño de una nueva línea de yogur desnatado batido con fruta o verdura fresca licuada con incorporación de edulcorantes de origen natural. Este proyecto permite obtener una nueva línea de productos de gran calidad y elevado valor añadido que facilitará la mejora de la competitividad de la fruta, la verdura y la miel de las Terres de Lleida y los integrará en la cadena agroalimentaria a través de su tratamiento y procesamiento. De este modo, se podrán utilizar como materia prima en la elaboración de yogures, lo que promoverá los productos locales. El objetivo general es diseñar y desarrollar una nueva línea de yogures y smoothies con ingredientes naturales, frutas, verduras y miel procedentes de mercados locales. Para ello se han planteado los siguientes objetivos técnicos específicos: *Diseñar y desarrollar extractos de origen natural con poder edulcorante. *Evaluar la incorporación de la miel como sustitutivo de los azúcares añadidos. *Diseñar y desarrollar una nueva línea de yogur batido desnatado con fruta y verdura fresca y la incorporación de edulcorantes naturales. *Evaluar el impacto de tecnologías innovadoras para la conservación de fruta de temporada.

    Forests for water in Catalonia

    This innovation case is strengthening the link between forests and water with the overall aim of diversifying financing sources for forest management by integrating ecosystem service provision into the economic balance sheet. Work includes integration in the Urban Masterplan for the Rialb Reservoir where different local stakeholders (economic, tourism, water and others) are already working together. The aim is for written recognition in a legal document of the role of forestry in water and landscape conservation, and the recognition of forestry as a potentially relevant economic activity in the area that can be promoted along with tourism. The innovation action also works with the public Segre-Rialb Consortium to assess the suitability of a payment for ecosystem services scheme in relation to water in the area.
