Quick learnings for big climate wins
Micro-learning modules and blended training approaches help farmers, advisors and students access practical knowledge quickly and support climate-neutral farming transitions.
Opis
This practice abstract presents the development and implementation of more than 35 micro-learning modules designed to support climate-neutral farming across Europe.
The modules are short, interactive digital lessons that can be completed in less than ten minutes and are delivered through blended learning approaches that combine online content with face-to-face training and demonstration activities.
Developed using the Elucidat platform and hosted on Moodle, the modules were co-designed with regional stakeholders to ensure relevance to local farming conditions. The approach improved accessibility, flexibility and engagement while supporting knowledge transfer and the adoption of sustainable agricultural practices. Trainers reported strong interest in continuing the blended learning methodology beyond the project lifetime.
