PRO Network: Establishment of a National Field Trial Network and Data Sharing Tool for Assessing Agronomic Value and Environmental Impacts of Recycled Organic Residuals in Agriculture
The PRO Network project (2011–2014) created a harmonized, national network of 437 field trials to assess the agronomic value and environmental impacts of recycled organic residual products across diverse agro-pedo-climatic contexts in France.

Detail beschrijving
Between 2011 and 2014, the PRO Network project established a national framework for field trials on recycled organic residual products (PRO) applied to agricultural soils. It produced an inventory of 437 trials, an operational guide for field test protocols, a PRO referencing method with a preliminary nomenclature, and a shared information system linking PRO Network and the SOERE PRO observatory. Data collected improved environmental diagnostic and fertilization management tools within the RMT Fertilisation & Environment group. A critical analysis of the pooled datasets led to practical recommendations for designing and conducting future PRO field experiments.
