Dit project, dat liep van juli 2020 tot september 2022, heeft culinaire innovatie en toepassingen van alternatieve eiwitten in de agrovoedingssector gestimuleerd. De resultaten werden gepresenteerd tijdens belangrijke evenementen, waaronder Alimentaria 2022, de Free From Functional Food Expo in Barcelona en de PATT-dag op 14 juli 2022, waar onderzoeker Ingrid Agüiló van IRRA de bevindingen presenteerde. Het initiatief, gefinancierd met € 114.870 via het Programma voor Plattelandsontwikkeling van Catalonië 2014–2022, ontving steun van DACC (€ 45.833), de Europese Unie (€ 34.575) en projectmiddelen (€ 34.461). Het droeg bij aan duurzame landbouwproductiviteit en innovatie, in overeenstemming met het Departement Landbouw, Voeding en Plattelandsagenda van de Generalitat de Catalunya en het Europees Landbouwfonds voor Plattelandsontwikkeling.
