Het TIRAC-project vermindert het gebruik van antibiotica in de konijnenhouderij door middel van innovatieve voedingstechnieken, waardoor zowel de gezondheid van de dieren als de winstgevendheid van de veehouders wordt verbeterd. Aan dit initiatief, waaraan De Heus, FEUGA, USC, UPM en andere partners uit Navarra, Madrid en Galicië deelnemen, is voor de periode 2021-2023 een subsidie van € 485.043,39 toegekend.
