Descrizione dettagliata

Deliverable 2.3 presents a comprehensive data collection effort on the direct and indirect drivers of food loss across different regions and commodity sectors. It outlines the objectives and methodology of semi-structured interviews, including guidelines, metadata sheets, and analytical procedures. The report synthesizes interview results to highlight key challenges, validates driver relevance, and ranks the four most prominent categories—behavioral, societal, environmental, and contextual factors. It also examines variations by country, respondent profile, production system, and commodity sector. The findings inform policy recommendations and further research within the FOLOU project.
