FertiBioSol: Biological Fertilization of Soils in Vegetable Crops

FertiBioSol: Biological Fertilization of Soils in Vegetable Crops

About project

The objective of this project is to work on preserving / restoring the fertility of the soil, based on its biodiversity. Fertility is considered as a lever of action to optimize the management of soil pests (nematodes, wireworms, Pythium) and thus contributes to the reduction of the use of inputs. This project is a continuation of the "Socle AB" project, which aimed to test the benefits of the massive contribution of carbonaceous amendment and the reduction of tillage. The Fertibiosol project deepens massive carbon fertilization and fertilization by mulch of grass, with the mechanization aspect of these techniques to ensure realistic implementation in production conditions.
