PoshBee Project Exploitation Plan for EFSA and Bee Health Monitoring
Enhancing bee health through risk assessment tools, MALDI-MS databases, and stakeholder-driven dissemination strategies
or
Detail description
The PoshBee project's exploitation plan outlines strategies for disseminating key research outcomes, including a risk assessment tool for EFSA, BeeTyping for monitoring, and a MALDI-MS spectral database for bee health. Findings are shared via open access publications, reports, and conferences. Challenges like COVID-19 delays and limited outreach to non-scientific audiences are addressed through ongoing collaboration and digital promotion. The Horizon Results Platform is used to showcase key results, including a study on sulfoxaflor’s effects on Varroa destructor. The plan, updated to version 4.0 in August 2022, includes stakeholder engagement, policy involvement, and regular feedback, with final plans to be submitted to the EC by May 2024.
