PoshBee Exploitation Plan for Bee Health Across Europe

The PoshBee project delivers a comprehensive exploitation plan for enhancing bee health across Europe through pan-European monitoring of chemical, pathogenic, and nutritional stressors. Led by Royal Holloway, University of London, the 60-month project (2018–2023) produces science-based tools, protocols, and data for regulators, researchers, and practitioners. Key outputs include toxicokinetic models, omics tools, air sensor technology, and a MALDI-MS spectral database for bee health. Results span TRL2–6 and are disseminated via open access publications, Dryad, Figshare, and Pride repositories. Stakeholder engagement includes workshops, policy briefs, and EFSA collaboration. The plan ensures long-term impact through annual AGM reviews, public dissemination, and integration into regulatory and monitoring frameworks.
