A decision support system for assessing and optimizing key soil functions—primary productivity, nutrient cycling, water regulation, carbon sequestration, and biodiversity—on European agricultural land. Designed for farmers and advisors, it delivers field-specific, evidence-based recommendations for sustainable soil management, including nutrient and lime application, and margin management. Part of the Horizon 2020 LANDMARK project, it supports long-term soil sustainability and ecosystem resilience. Available via the Organic Climate Network and Organic Farm Knowledge platforms.
