or
Detail description
Silvoarable agroforestry system at Gladbacherhof, a teaching and experimental farm in Aumenau, Hesse, Germany, established in February 2020 on 3.5 acres of arable land. Created after a severe rainfall event in July 2018 that caused soil erosion, the system aims to enhance climate resilience, reduce erosion, and improve water retention through integration of trees and crops. The project was presented at the KTBL conference 2021 and is documented via the Organic Climate Network and Organic Farm Knowledge platforms.
