White lupin cultivation in Switzerland has been revitalized through new disease-resistant varieties, 'Frida' and 'Sulimo', overcoming anthracnose, a major fungal threat. Field trials by Christine Arncken (FiBL) confirm successful organic cultivation, highlighting white lupins as a sustainable, high-protein feed alternative in Europe.
