Maximising grazing through diverse and productive pastures enhances feed efficiency and milk production on the organic farm since 2016. The farm uses dynamic rotational grazing across 35 paddocks, with planned fencing to extend access to all fields. Diverse forage systems, including protein-rich annual clovers, legumes, and forage chicory, extend the grazing season and improve resilience to dry soils and early summer drought.
