Mr. Kokociński enhances his dairy farm by renting underused grasslands from inactive farmers. He uses innovative sowing techniques, combining grasses and legumes at specific rates—25 kg/ha for grasses and 17 kg/ha for legumes—sown perpendicularly to create a uniform, high-proportion (40–50%) legume sward. This method supports sustainable, high-quality forage production without prioritising maximum milk yield. Results are positive, but low milk prices remain a key economic challenge, driving his focus on cost reduction and farm scaling.
