Detail description
Diversification into beef and dairy cattle improves farm performance. More efficient use of pasture by beef cattle reduces the need to purchase feed and lowers operating costs on the dairy farm. Sharing equipment reduces overhead and capital costs, increasing income and reducing GHG emissions. Analysis based on simulations for typical farms in Planèze de Saint-Flour.
