Sustainable crop protection in European agriculture requires tailored policies that address farmer decision-making, institutional support, and measurable impacts beyond adoption rates. This framework integrates agronomic, economic, and behavioural insights across 25 National Crop Clusters, using surveys, interviews, econometric modeling, and FADN data to inform evidence-based strategies for reducing pesticide risks and advancing IPM adoption.
