Improve the quality of Spanish entrefino lambskins through research into causes of quality decline and implementation of targeted solutions. Led by ACEXPIEL, INTEROVIC, and ANAFRIC-GREMSA, with support from UNIZAR, UAB, and José María González Sainz. Collaborators include COTANCE, Megissérie Richard SAS, UNIC, and FFTM. Funded under EIP-AGRI 2019 with €232,189.11. Project ran from May 2019 to July 2021 across 15 Spanish regions. Focus on enhancing competitiveness in the sheep value chain.
