This document outlines PROINOS good practices for sustainable development in the Prosecco DOC region, structured across three production chain phases: Vineyard (grape cultivation), Transformation (wine processing), and Bottling (bottling operations). It supports companies in enhancing environmental, economic, and social performance, with integrated firms required to follow all applicable practices. Marketing entities are encouraged to adopt the VIVA certification programme. The framework enables progressive, business-adapted sustainability improvements, supported by the European Union and made available via EU-FarmBook.
