Silvia Rovere led the revitalisation of Ostana, a remote Italian Alpine village, by transforming the Galabema Refuge into a year-round community hub, establishing a nursery, organic farm, and cultural centre, and fostering public-private partnerships that increased permanent residents to 50 and boosted tourism.
