LandLogistik for Brandenburg Agricultural Logistics

A project in Brandenburg, Germany, to enhance rural agricultural logistics by integrating freight capacity from passenger and goods transport networks. It developed a software system for cross-enterprise logistics, enabling farmers to access online markets through optimized, carrier-agnostic transport chains. The system featured filtering for refrigerated, bulk, palletized, or small shipments, with focus on micro-hubs for efficient last-mile delivery. Supported by the EAFRD, the project was terminated early due to scope, timeline, and funding challenges.
