The project aims to test if highlighting the natural resource use and superior nutritional quality of local Latxo sheep generates a positive market response, enabling shepherds to develop a new commercialization model that strengthens their position in the value chain. Funded under the Basque Country's PDR/PDNR with a 2019 call, it is classified as an Innovative Project in the Agri-Food Industries sector, focusing on Differentiated Quality.
