Para este panel, se realiza la comparativa entre dos especies de trufa muy populares como son la trufa negra (Tuber melanosporum) y la trufa china (Tuber indicum). Se realiza la comparativa entre ambas trufas por sus características físicas. Además se comparan sus cualidades gastronómicas y sus propiedades organolépticas. Por último, se dan algunas pinceladas sobre su productividad.
