A free UK-based tool by AHDB for farmers to forecast grass availability and plan supplementation for sheep and goats. It supports grazing management, housing transitions, and tracks supply-demand balance across ewes, lambs, does, and kids. Users input pasture cover, grazing area, growth rates, utilisation, and supplementary feeds (hay, silage, concentrates) monthly. The planner calculates feed gaps and generates visual graphs for pasture cover and intake. Available in standard and rotational grazing versions, it aids decision-making in meat and dairy sheep and goat systems.
