Impact of Sulfoxaflor and Azoxystrobin on Honeybee Colonies

Sulfoxaflor and azoxystrobin have no significant effects on honeybee colonies when applied according to label instructions. Field study with 30 colonies showed no impact on weight gain, mortality, brood survival, or foraging activity. Results support current 5–6 day pre-bloom application windows for sulfoxaflor, but further research needed on combined stressors and other pollinators.
