This project establishes a self-sustaining, EU-wide thematic network to assess, support, and promote alternative weed control solutions. It focuses on identifying barriers, creating an inventory of research, project, and commercial solutions, and scaling knowledge exchange across contexts. Funded by Horizon Europe (grant agreement No 101060591), OPER 8 brings together institutions including Agromet, IFV, Università di Pisa, Organic Research Centre, and others to advance sustainable weed management practices.
